30-day returns

You can return items within 30 days after you received your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging, together with your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email support@mapleandgrove.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason.
2. Our team will reply within one business day to approve your return and confirm the instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back with a tracked shipping service. Please keep your tracking number.

Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted, as we can't link them to your order.

Please only send items back after we have approved your return, and always include your order number in the package.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Received something damaged, defective or not what you ordered? Please let us know within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a few photos. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days before the amount appears on your statement.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different size, colour or item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they have shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
