Because screens differ and many of our pieces are made from natural materials, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen exactly matches the product you receive. Products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We may limit quantities or the regions we sell to.

Orders, billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or that may be fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to keep it up to date.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our international fulfilment partners and delivered within Canada. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
